  1. Is it possible to get spare parts direct from the factory?

    No. in order to ensure you benefit from a quality service close to your home, Outils WOLF has chosen to distribute its products through a network of approved dealers. Do not hesitate to contact your nearest Outils WOLF dealer to check the availability of the part you need. If it is not available in the shop, ask the dealer to order it for you (delivery within 10 days).

  2. I have an old model of lawnmower: I have been told that certain spare parts no longer exist.

    We guarantee the availability of common spare parts for our lawnmowers for at least 10 years after we stop making the model. Depending on stocks, certain parts may be available for longer.

  3. I am looking for a new grassbox. How can I get one?

    Grassboxes (like blades and spark plugs) are common spare parts: contact your approved Outils WOLF dealer, specifying the reference of your lawnmower.

  4. I am looking for a grassbox and a blade for my Rotondine lawnmower. Are they still available? How can I get one?

    Rotondine lowers are extremely robust models that date back almost 20 years. Today, the grassboxes are no longer available. However, blades for Rotondine mowers can still be ordered from your approved Outils WOLF dealership. Contact them directly.
