The choice of a lawnmower depends to a large extent on 2 factors that define our ranges:
1. Cutting width, depending on the surface to be mown.
2. The level of equipment and comfort sought.
1. Cutting width
Our lawnmowers are presented according to their "cutting width" in cm.
The larger the cutting width, the better the lawnmower is suited to mowing large surfaces.
Below, our recommendations for the choice of cutting width according to surface area:

It is quite possible to mow 500 m² with a 48 cm lawnmower.
"If you can do more, you can do less".
It will simply take less time than with a 34 cm lawnmower.
2. The different ranges
Once you have found the cutting width to meet your needs, you have the choice of several ranges and equipment for petrol lawnmowers:

- The "Comfort" range, which includes the latest generation Outils WOLF models at a reasonable price. The comfort features are numerous, and the cutting and collection performances of these lawnmowers are pushing back the boundaries even further…
- The "Privilege" range is the expression of "mowing for pleasure", with models offering maximum comfort. They have all the advantages of the "Comfort" range, plus exclusive Outils WOLF features not available elsewhere on the market, such as the lift-up handlebar, which means you no longer have to bend down to empty the grassbox.
- The "Multifunctional" range includes models of lawnmower dedicated at once to mulching * and mowing with grass collection. The "bell"-shaped cutting deck ensures optimum mulching. The airstream generated maintains the cut grass underneath the deck so that it can be finely chopped. Discreet mulching is guaranteed. Moreover, the cutting height can be adjusted to the millimetre, allowing you to adapt the mulching perfectly to the grass conditions, and to obtain the best possible result every time.
What is mulching?
This is a mowing technique without grass collection. The grass clippings are very finely cut into a "mulch" which is deposited on the ground. The result is clean and tidy. Nevertheless, for successful mulching, the lawn should be mown 1.5 to 2 times more often than with mowing with collection.
