Some users have problems disposing of their grass clippings and others want to reduce the time they spend mowing the lawn. A solution exists: mulching. To meet the requirements of the users concerned, Outils WOLF has developed a high quality range integrating this function. This range consists of two product families:
- The M53I model, which is entirely dedicated to mulching and rear ejection of the grass
- the multifunctional RM53B and RM53H models, which also allow mowing with collection, as well as mulching and rear ejection
The M53I mulcher
…has an exclusive cutting deck and a special finned blade, which lifts the grass before cutting it. The "bell"-shaped deck creates an optimum airstream that maintains the grass clippings in suspension so that they can be chopped into as fine a mulch as possible.
The quality of mulching depends to a large extent on the grass conditions (length and wetness). As a result, to guarantee optimum mulching in all circumstances, the cutting height can be adjusted to the millimetre by turning a simple handle.
The RM53B and RM53H mulching mowers
… work on the same principle, with a "bell"-shaped deck, a profiled finned blade and a cutting height adjustment accurate to the millimetre (see above).
Versatile, they can be used for mowing with collection, mowing with rear ejection and for mulching leaves. When mowing with collection, the special shape of the cutting deck and the blade allow the grass clippings to be chopped in such as way as to optimise their compacting in the grassbox. Changing from one mowing system to the other is very simple and is done without any tools and without changing the blade (simple insertion of a plug).
